I had such a wonderful time in Kelowna this weekend with my friends. We took a tour of Mission Hills Winery. It was such a beautiful day and the winery was such a peaceful place. The tour was very interesting and I learned a lot. I just loved the smell of the place. At the end of the tour was the taste testing. It was awesome. I had never taken time before to actually smell the wine before tasting it. It was amazing how you could pick out the fruit by the aroma of the wine. I would love to go again in the summer when the vines are alive and perhaps take in a play in the outdoor theater and enjoy lunch on the terrace.
I bought some reserve wines there to take home. I can hardly wait to try them.
